Order no. 1874/2024
Order no. 1874/2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 892 of 04.09.2024 regarding the completion of the Classification of occupations in Romania – occupation level (six characters), approved by the Order of the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Protection and of the President of the National Institute of Statistics no. 1832/856/2011 makes the following clarifications:

Order no. 1938/2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 948 of 20.09.2024 for the approval of the Employment Procedure of Ukrainian citizens who come from the armed conflict zone in Ukraine makes the following clarifications:
Comment: The Procedure for employment of Ukrainian citizens who come from the armed conflict zone in Ukraine, provided in the annex that forms an integral part of this order, is approved. Starting with the date of entry into force of this Order, the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Solidarity no. 301/2022 for the approval of the Employment Procedure for Ukrainian citizens who come from the armed conflict zone in Ukraine.

Law no. 244/2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 899 of 05.09.2024 for the amendment of para. (1) of art. 100 of Law 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code and the establishment of fiscal measures makes the following statements:
Comment: Starting with the income from pensions related to the month of October 2024, the non-taxable monthly ceiling is 3,000 lei. The monthly pension income will be determined by deducting from the pension income the non-taxable monthly amount of 3,000 lei.
Order no. 4680/2024
Order no. 4680/2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 975 of 27.09.2024 regarding the establishment of the indexed value that is granted in the form of cultural vouchers for the second semester of 2024 makes the following clarifications:
Comment: For the second semester of 2024, the value of the amount granted monthly, respectively occasionally, in the form of cultural vouchers is a maximum of 220 lei/month, respectively a maximum of 440 lei/event. This also applies to the first two months of the first semester of 2025, respectively February 2025 and March 2025.
Order no. 5339/2024
Order no. 5339/2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 975 of 27.09.2024 regarding the establishment of the indexed value that is granted in the form of nursery vouchers for the second semester of 2024 makes the following statements:
Comment: For the second semester of 2024, starting with October 2024, the value of the indexed monthly amount that can be granted in the form of nursery vouchers is 660 lei. This also applies to the first 2 months of the first semester of 2025, respectively February 2025 and March 2025.
Order no. 4679/2024
Order no. 4679/2024 published in the Official Gazette no. 956 of 24.09.2024 for establishing the indexed nominal value of a meal ticket for the second semester of 2024 makes the following statements:
Comment: For the second semester of 2024, starting with October 2024, the nominal value of a meal ticket cannot exceed the amount of 40.04 lei. The established nominal value also applies to the first two months of the first semester of 2025, respectively February 2025 and March 2025.
