The Group BIA (represented by BIA Human Capital Solutions, ex-BIA Lease) offers its clients services as recruitment & executive search, payroll & personnel administration, HR consulting and temporary work.

The main objective of the group is to offer services that satisfy all the clients’ demands and ensure their loyalty, respecting the values of the company – Professionalism, Passion, Partnership.

In this sense, BIA renews its certification in the Quality Management System, implemented by the organization according to the Standard SR EN ISO 9001: 2015.

The quality of the offered services implies:

  • optimal internal organization based on a procedural approach, respecting the legal requirements in force and taking into account the external context (political, legal, economic, social, technological), the internal context (the company values), the expectations of the interested parties (shareholders, customers, suppliers, top management, employees);
  • the application of risk management in relation to the assumed objectives;
  • good changes’ management in order to maintain the efficiency of the Quality Management System;
  • competent human resources, as well as sufficient material resources for carrying out the activity;<br/li>
  • establishing and communicating in the organization the objectives for quality specific to the relevant levels, with methods of measuring and monitoring processes, so as to ensure the continuous improvement of the performances of the Quality Management System.
