Law no. 103/2015

Law no. 103 of 14.05.2015, published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 336 of 18.05.2015, for declaring 10th of May as a day of national celebration, includes the following remarks:
Art. 1 – 10th of May will be celebrated, each year, as a national holiday.
Art. 2 – (1) The Parliament, the President of Romania, the Government and other central public authorities, and also the local public administration authorities organizes cultural and artistic events occasioned by the celebration day mentioned in art. 1.

Comment: Taken into consideration the fact that the present law does not modify the Labour Code provisions regarding days-off, the day of 10th of May is a working day.

Order no. 1069/2015

Order no. 1069 of 22.05.2015, published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 374 of 28.05.2015, in order to establish the nominal value of a meal ticket for the first semester of the year 2015, includes the following remarks:

Comment: For the first semester of the year 2015, starting from May, the nominal value of a meal ticket is 9.41 LEI.

Order no. 1070/2015

Order no. 1070 of 22.05.2015, published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 373 of 28.05.2015, on determining the value of the monthly indexed amount granted as nursery tickets for the first semester of the year 2015, includes the following remarks:

Comment: For the first semester of the year 2015, starting from May, the nominal monthly value granted as nursery tickets is 440 LEI.

Law no. 125/2015

Law no. 125 of 02.06.2015, published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 383 of 02.06.2015, regarding the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 65 from 2014, amending and supplementing some normative documents, includes the following remarks:

Comment: The present law modifies art. 3, line (1) from Law no. 61 from 1993 on state allowance for children, republished, as follows:
• 0.168 ISR (social reference indicator) for children aged between 2 years and 18 years, and also for those who have reached age 18 and attend high school or vocational courses under the law in force, until their completion;
• 0.4 ISR for children aged between 3 years and 18 years, in case of handicapped child, according to the provisions of art. 58, line (1) from Law no. 448 from 2006.

Joint Order no. 831/600/2015

Joint Order no. 831 of 07.04.2015, also no. 600 of 22.05.2015, published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 385 of 03.06.2015, regarding the approval of the Methodological Norms for applying Law no. 52 from 2011, on activities undertaken by occasional laborers, includes the following remarks:

Comment: The present order approves the methodological norms for applying Law no. 52 from 2011, on activities undertaken by occasional laborers.
The norms includes remarks on:

• General provisions – terms and expressions
• Creating, completion, transmission and keeping the occasional laborers register of evidence;
• Communication, research, registering and reporting of the events in which the occasional laborers were involved.
