Power Breakfast in Targoviste, Organized by BIA HR and ITM Dambovita
BIA HR, along with representatives of Dambovita Territorial Labor Inspectorate, organized a Power Breakfast in Targoviste on Friday, November 16, with the general theme of the labor relations in the context of the recent legal changes.
The topics addressed are actual references in the labor legislation and in the practice of payroll and personnel administration specialists:
- Remote working;
- Internship;
- Transnational detachment;
- Hiring foreign citizens;
- Overtime issues;
- Weekly rest.
ITM Dambovita representatives opened the meeting by presenting the issues of interest about remote work and internship, in the context of the information campaign carried out in this period.
Along BIA HR specialists and ITM representatives, HR managers, financial directors, business owners and HR specialists attended the event. The participants expressed their interest in the topics discussed, being active through questions and comments.
