Order no. 1121/655, published in the Official Gazette no. 258 of March 29, 2022, establishing the monthly indexed value of childcare vouchers for the first semester of 2023, brings the following clarifications:
Comment: For the first semester of 2023, starting April 2023, the value of the monthly amount granted as childcare vouchers is RON600.

Order no. 1263/654 published in the Official Gazette no. 272 of March 31, 2022 establishing the indexed nominal value of a meal ticket for the first semester of 2023, brings the following clarifications:
Comment: For the first semester of 2023, starting April 2023, the nominal value of a meal ticket cannot exceed the amount of RON30.

Law no. 69 published in the Official Gazette no. 265 of March 30, 2023, amending Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, brings the following clarifications:
Comment: This law amends and supplements the Fiscal Code regarding the income from salaries or assimilated to salaries earned by the natural person with the status of digital nomad, as defined by the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 194/2002.

Order no. 1235 published in the Official Gazette no. 261 of March 29, 2023 for updating the amount of the delegation/secondment allowance and the amount of the accomodation allowance provided in the Annex to Government Decision no. 714/2018 regarding the rights and obligations of the staff of public authorities and institutions during the delegation and secondment period to another locality, as well as in the case of business trips, brings the following clarifications:
Comment: Starting April 1, 2023:
a) The amount of the delegation allowance provided for in Art. 1 paragraph (1) and para. (2) letter a) of the Annex to the GD no. 714/2018 regarding the rights and obligations of the staff of public authorities and institutions during the delegation and secondment period to another locality, as well as in the case of business trips is increased to RON23.
b) The amount of the accommodation allowance provided for in Art. 1 paragraph (2) letter b) ofthe Annex to the GD no. 714/2018 is increased to RON265.
c) The amount of the delegation allowance provided in Art. 4 paragraph (1) of the Annex to the GD no. 714/2018 is increased to RON23.
