The Terms and Conditions (T & C) describe the terms and conditions that each party accepts by using the web site www.bia.ro.

The website www.bia.ro (after referred to as the “Website”) is owned by BIA HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L, after referred to as “BIA”, a Romanian company, having its registered office in Bucharest, 61-81, Horia Macelariu street, 1st floor, District 1,  registered at the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J40/3290/2010, with fiscal code RO26715513.

By accessing the website, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth in the T & C. The Terms of Use may be modified periodically and your use of the Website is subject to the updated T&Cs at that date‑. Please check the Terms of Use regularly, to make sure you agree with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

  1. Website content

The Website is used in order to connect clients, potential clients, and potential candidates applying for the job positions where BIA offers recruitment consultancy; to make BIA services known, to post news, information and relevant Human Resources-related articles.

Legal entities interested in the services offered by BIA can contact us through the contact form or directly, using the BIA contact details provided on the Website.

Individuals who are interested in vacancies announcements or wish to submit their CV in the BIA database can apply by creating a user account on the website, as well as by sending a CV to the e-mail address indicated on the website.

BIA does not guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness or relevance of materials and information published on the site. BIA excludes any liability in connection with any errors or omissions regarding the materials published on the Website unless this liability is caused by fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part.

The information published and/or available on the Website does not in any way constitute the provision of personnel, consultancy, or any other type of services. BIA expressly excludes any liability for any decisions you may have taken based on the information and materials contained on the website.

  1. Security

We implement reasonable security measures that are appropriate for the detection of viruses. However, you must keep in mind that the existing security measures for information systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and therefore we can not guarantee the absence of viruses or of any other elements that could cause changes in your IT system or data and files stored in your systems. It is always recommended for users to use anti-virus software for the content they download from the internet.

BIA cannot be held accountable for errors resulting from user negligence regarding the security and privacy of their account and password. The user is responsible to take care of the confidential data related with the newly created account. The user must not disclose his/her account login details to third-parties.

BIA has taken reasonable steps to ensure the security and privacy of the data flowing through the www.bia.ro Website and transmitted through its IT system; BIA periodically checks that the site, server/servers and e-mails sent by www.bia.ro do not contain viruses or harmful programs. In any case, if such harmful programs are discovered, BIA shall take all necessary and possible steps to remove the harmful program/programs and to remedy the damages caused. We feel compelled to inform you that the submission of personal data over the Internet (for example via e-mail) may be exposed to security vulnerabilities. There is no possibility or method to absolutely protect personal data from being accessed by third-parties.

The website provider automatically collects and stores information in the so-called server records, which the user’s browser automatically sends to us. The information stored may include:

  • Type of operating system used;
  • URL reference;
  • The hostname or device on which it was accessed;
  • Date and time when the server received the information.

The above-mentioned information cannot be linked to one person in particular. At the same time, we do not associate the data gathered with information from other sources. However, we reserve the right to review the information later, if a suspicion of illegal or unlawful use is brought to our attention.

BIA owns the legal rights to use the information and materials posted on the website. Everything you see or read on the Website (such as images, photos, illustrations, texts, videos, and other materials) is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws.

It is forbidden to perform any reproduction, transformation, distribution, or public communication, or to make available, retrieve, reuse, or otherwise use any material and/or information contained on this Website, except as allowed by the T & C or unless the applicable law allows you to do so.

  1. User account creation and management

Any interested person can view the vacancies provided by BIA, accessing the JOBS section. By accessing the JOBS section you are automatically transferred to the subdomain cariere.bia.ro, a domain that is managed with the help of our provider Sincron SRL. To apply to one of the vacancies you have the following options: you can send your application to the e-mail address:  recrutare@bia.ro  or you can create a user account on the website.

The option “Spontaneous Application” allows the candidate to apply to one of the job vacancies with the data filled out in the account on the website. The candidate also has the possibility to attach the CV to apply for one of these vacancies.

Creating a user account on the BIA website is possible for any person who has reached the age of 16 and who is interested in listing their CV in the BIA database to find a job to be selected in the BIA recruitment process for the open positions in our portfolio. The account allows the electronic management of the CV, both by the user, by logging into the account, and by BIA.

In order to create an account you need to provide the following data: last and first name and e-mail address and set a password for your account. After filling out all data, you will receive an e-mail to activate your user account.

After creating your account, you can also fill in other data regarding your professional activity and view your data recorded in the database.

Please note that the data in the database is automatically updated when you apply to BIA job posts, via BestJobs or eJobs and you use the same e-mail address used to create the account/the e-mail address you are registered within the BIA database.
