Article 253 – (1) Qualified teaching staff who have obtained the grade / average of at least 7 at a single national competition tenure in undergraduate education in the last 6 years and who are employed with individual labor contract for a definite period, may be distributed, in the public meeting organized by the education inspectorate, for undetermined period in schools in which are engaged, whether the teaching position / chair is vacant and is viable.

Emergency Ordinance no. 19 of 23.04.2014, published in Official Gazette Part I no. 308 of 25.04.2014, amending and supplementing Law no. 571/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code, makes the following specifications:
Tax relief for reinvested profit
Article 194 – (1) The profit invested in technological equipment – machinery and working equipment – as stipulated in subgroup 2.1 of the Catalogue regarding classification and normal functioning durations for fixed assets used for the purpose of economic activity, is spared from taxation.

(3) For the period 1 July – 31 December 2014, in applying the facility it will be taking into account the gross profit recorded starting with July 1, 2014 and invested in assets mentioned in para. (1) products and/or purchased goods and commissioned after the same date.
