Art. 1 – 10th of May will be celebrated, each year, as a national holiday.

Comment: Taken into consideration the fact that the present law does not modify the Labour Code provisions regarding days-off, the day of 10th of May is a working day.

Comment: For the first semester of the year 2015, starting from May, the nominal monthly value granted as nursery tickets is 440 LEI.

Law no. 125 of 02.06.2015, published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 383 of 02.06.2015, regarding the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 65 from 2014, amending and supplementing some normative documents, includes the following remarks:
Comment: The present law modifies art. 3, line (1) from Law no. 61 from 1993 on state allowance for children, republished, as follows:
• 0.168 ISR (social reference indicator) for children aged between 2 years and 18 years, and also for those who have reached age 18 and attend high school or vocational courses under the law in force, until their completion;
• 0.4 ISR for children aged between 3 years and 18 years, in case of handicapped child, according to the provisions of art. 58, line (1) from Law no. 448 from 2006.

Comment: The present order approves the methodological norms for applying Law no. 52 from 2011, on activities undertaken by occasional laborers.
The norms includes remarks on:
• General provisions – terms and expressions
• Creating, completion, transmission and keeping the occasional laborers register of evidence;
• Communication, research, registering and reporting of the events in which the occasional laborers were involved.
