Unique Article – Line (1) of the article 137 from Law no. 53/2003 – Labour Code, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 345 of 18th of May 2011, amended and supplemented, will be modified and will have the following content:
„Article 137 – (1) The weekly rest period is 48 consecutive hours, usually Saturday and Sunday”
Order no. 513/2015
Order no. 513 of 30.04.2015, published in the Official Gazette Part I, no. 300 of 30.04.2015, in order to approve the model and the content of the personal money register, and also its registration procedure at the tax institution, includes the following remarks:
Comment: Personal money register, which has pages numbered in ascending order, is signed on the last page by the economic operator’s administrator or by the person empowered by him. Personal money register is completed daily by the economic operator’s staff, performing work in the unit of goods sale or services provision, at the start of working hours, without erasures or alterations and without leaving unused spaces.
The economic operator is responsible for the integrity of the personal money register and for its daily completion by staff, performing work in the unit of goods sale or services provision.
