BIA HR team members attended, at the end of October, a training called "The Master of Time", organized exclusively for them. Carmen Ciulian, a trainer with an solid experience in multinational companies, spoke about important aspects of an efficient activity planning, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, right at our company headquarters.
The course stimulated a direct and open communication between the participants and the facilitator, and the latter guided our team members to a better understanding of the important aspects regarding how to make day-to-day work more efficient, how it it should be done, and about the little things that make us waste time without realizing it.
Finally, we have to add that it was an extremely useful and exciting experience, from which we all had a lot of advantages!
