Order no. 1618/2018, published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 412 of May 15, 2018, establishing the indexed nominal value of a meal voucher for the first semester of 2018, brings the following clarifications:
Comment: For the first semester of 2018, starting with the month of May, the nominal value of a meal voucher cannot exceed the amount of 15.18 lei.

Comment: For the first semester of 2018, starting with the month of May, the monthly amount given as childcare vouchers is of 440 lei.

Joint Order no. 1931/1615/598/2018 of the Ministry of Public Finances, the Ministry of Labour and Social Justice and the Ministry of Health published in the Official Gazette Part I no. 402 of May 10, 2018, regarding the approval of the template, contents, submission procedure and management of the “Statement on payment obligations for social contributions, income tax and nominal bookkeeping of insured persons”, brings the following clarifications:
Comment: The Order approves the template and the contents of Form 112 “Statement on payment obligations for social contributions, income tax and nominal bookkeeping of insured persons”, as well as Annexes no. 1.1 “Employer” and no. 1.2 “Insured Person”. One of the amendments brought by this Order is to add in the statement the possibility of choosing the destination of the 2% or 3.5% of the tax for the granting of private scholarships, as well as for the support of a non-profit entity / worship houses.
