Comment: The present Order Annex provides the list of occupations practiced in the national economy which amends and supplements the Classification of Occupations in Romania – level of occupation – (six characters).
Resolution no. 855/2013
Resolution no. 855 of 6 November 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I no. 705 of 18.11.2013, for approving the Methodological Norms for implementing the provisions of Law no. 279/2005 regarding the apprenticeship at the work place.
Comment: The present Methodological Norms contain provisions regarding the apprenticeship contract, like the conditions for concluding an apprenticeship contract, the draft of such contract, the binding elements that has to be inserted in the contract as well as the requested documents that are needed in order to conclude such contract.
Resolution no. 848/2013
Resolution no. 848 of 30 October 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I no. 689 of 11.11.2013, for amending and supplementing the provisions of Government Resolution no. 274/2013 regarding the granting of minimis aid for investments made by small and medium companies, makes the following comments:
Comment: Article 2 is amended to read as follows
”Art. 2 – The minimis aid granted to small and medium companies, in compliance with the regulations imposed by the present resolution and with the ones of the Regulation, by allocations from the state budget, from the budget of Ministry of Economy through the Department for Small and medium Companies, Business Medium and Tourism, in the form of nonrefundable amounts, in 90% of the total value of eligible costs, approved for financing, for a period of 2 consecutive fiscal years, within the limit of approved budgetary appropriations and within the limit of the equivalent in RON of the maximum value of 100.000 euro”

Resolution no. 871/2013
Resolution no. 871 of 14 November 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I no. 703 of 15.11.2013, for establishing the minimum gross salary guaranteed for payment, makes the following comments:
Starting with January 1st, 2014, the minimum gross salary guaranteed for payment will be of 850 RON/month, for a complete work schedule of an average of 168 hours/month for 2014, representing 5,059 lei/hour.
Starting with July 1st, 2014, the minimum gross salary guaranteed for payment will be of 900 RON/month, for a complete work schedule of an average of 168 hours/month for 2014, representing 5,357 lei/hour.
