Resolution no. 143 of 03 April 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I, no. 215 of 04.16.2013, regarding the names of the qualifications and titles conferred to the graduates from the undergraduate education, enrolled in the first year of study in the academic years 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, makes the following mentions:
Comment: The present decision establishes the names of the qualifications and titles conferred to the graduates from the undergraduate education, enrolled in the first year of study in the academic years 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011 (Annex 1) as well as the names of the qualifications and titles conferred to the university graduates for regulated professions through rules or recommendations or good europeean practices (Annex 2).

Order no. 418 of 28 March 2013 published in the Official Gazette Part I, no. 233 of 23.04.2013, amending the Annex to the Minister of Foreign Affairs no. 1743/2010 for the approval of the revised List of States whose citizens need to fulfill the procedure invitation for granting the short-stay visas in order to enter Romania, makes the following remarks:
Comment: The present order adds the Republic of Angola and South Sudan to the list of countries whose citizen need the invitation procedure in order to obtain the short stay visa for Romania. The revised list includes a total of 30 states.
Law no. 108 of 18 April 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I, no. 242 of 26.04.2013, for ratifying the Agreement between the Government of Romania and Government of the French Republic regarding the academic recognition of diplomas and periods of study from higher education, makes the following remarks:
Subject matter – is to facilitate mutual recognition of diplomas and periods of study in order to continue their studies in accredited higher education institutions within the territory of the other State.
For the French: all the institutions whithin a postbaccalaureate training is carried, which leads to obtaining a diploma or granting a degree, released under the authority of the state: universities, schools and high schools which offer a postbaccalaureate training.
For the Romanian:all accredited insitutions of higher education: universities, academies, institutes, schools of higher education.
Comment: The normative act also defines the notion of “diploma”, which is the subject of this agreement, the competent authorities for academic recognition of diplomas, recognition of diplomas in order to continue the studies as well as the recognition of study periods.
The agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years and is renewable by tacit agreement, for additional periods of one year.
Resolution no. 225 of 30 April 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I, no. 275 of 16.05.2013, amending and supplementing the Methodological Norms for calculating the contribution for labour accidents and occupational diseases, approved by Government Decision no. 144/2008, makes the following mentions:
– Modifying the risk charges for CAEN classes, depending on which in calculated the contribution for work accidents and occupational diseases;
– Updating the reference period for establishing the commonly used indexes to determine the risk class, between 2009-2011;
Order no. 882 of 14 May 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I, no. 276 of 16.05.2013, for establishing the indexed nominal value of a meal ticket for the first half of 2013, makes the following remarks:
Art. 1 – For the first half of 2013, starting with May, the nominal value of a meal ticket is 9.35 lei.
Order no. 883 of 14 May 2013, published in Official Gazette Part I, no. 276 of 16.05.2013, for establishing the monthly amount which is granted as nursery tickets for the first half of 2013, makes the following mentions:
Art. 1 – For the first half of 2013, starting with May, the monthly amount which is granted as nursery tickets is 420 lei.
