The registration deadline for REGES Online has been extended by Emergency Ordinance no. 46/2025.
Emergency Ordinance no. 46/18.09.2025 regarding the amendment and completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 17/2005 for establishing certain organizational measures at the level of central public administration, as well as for amending certain normative acts, published in the Official Monitor no. 863/19.09.2025, makes the following clarifications:
Comment: This normative act extends both the enrollment deadline and the deadline for completing and transmitting elements of individual employment contracts in REGES-ONLINE. Thus, the extended deadline for enrollment in REGES-ONLINE is December 31, 2025.
We remind you that before this amendment, the enrollment deadline was September 30, 2025!

Ordinance no. 22/28.08.2025 for amending and supplementing Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, published in the Official Monitor no. 806/29.08.2025, makes the following clarifications:

Decision no. 711/04.09.2025 for amending and supplementing certain normative acts in the field of employment, published in the Official Monitor no. 823/05.09.2025, makes the following clarifications:
